Proof

We did it to ourselves first.

Before this method was offered to a client, our own operation was rebuilt through it. Every claim on this site is one we have already tested on ourselves.

The first client

Taaeen Group.

A group of six companies serving government and enterprise accumulates exactly the administrative weight we now build against — proposals, reporting, recruitment, procurement administration and bilingual content, all at volume.

So we started there. We mapped our own functions, decomposed our own roles, argued about our own permission model, and built against the result. The systems we sell are the systems we run.

It is also why we are direct about what does not work. We found the failure modes on our own time rather than on a client's, and several of the things we now refuse to build are things we tried internally first.

How we report

Every engagement, the same four parts.

Published in this structure or not published at all. It is harder to write and harder to argue with.

The fourth part is the one most case studies quietly omit. A result with no baseline behind it is a claim, not a measurement, and it will not survive a procurement panel that asks how the number was arrived at.

Part 01

The function

What the team actually did before we arrived, and what it was costing in hours.

Part 02

The map

The decomposition — what stayed with a person, what went to artificial intelligence under review, what became automation.

Part 03

What was built

The system, its permission model, its gates, and where it was deployed.

Part 04

The measured result

Hours returned against the baseline set at the start, and an honest note where something under-performed.

Selected engagements

Where the systems run.

Named where clients have given written consent. Sector-anonymised otherwise.

Case

Photograph from the engagement, cleared for use. Real environment, real people.

CONTENT REQUIRED — our own functions, with the hours returned stated honestly. This is the one case we control entirely and it should be written first.

References

Ask to speak to a client.

Where a client has not consented to being named publicly, many will still speak privately to a serious prospect. Detailed references are available under a non-disclosure agreement on request.

We would rather you asked someone who has been through an engagement than took our description of one.
