It was founded inside a transformation group that had spent more than a decade watching how institutions in this region actually operate — and where they get stuck.
Taaeen Group was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2012. Over fourteen years and more than 150 government and enterprise clients, a pattern kept repeating: the recommendation was right, the strategy was sound, and the work still took just as long afterwards because nothing about the underlying process had changed.
Artificial intelligence made that solvable for the first time. But only if somebody understood the process well enough to know what should be automated, what should be assisted, and what should be left alone entirely.
That is the combination AI+ exists to hold: domain knowledge from inside the institution, and the engineering to act on it. Our team lives here, builds here, and delivers here. We understand local governance, regulation and workplace culture from the inside, because we have been working inside them since before this was a technology conversation.
